Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the CXHub mobile application (the "App") provided by Pay Intermediate LLC ("we", "us"). By using the App you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

CXHub is a client account and support application. It allows you to view your account information (read-only), receive notifications, and communicate with your assigned representative by voice call and chat. The App does not provide deposits, withdrawals, payments, or trade execution, and it is not a trading venue.

2. Eligibility & account

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your credentials and device secure, and for activity under your account.

3. No financial advice

Information shown in the App is provided for your convenience and general information only. It does not constitute financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, and is not an offer or solicitation. Account figures are indicative and may differ from official records.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the App, attempt unauthorized access, or use it for unlawful purposes.
• Voice and chat are for legitimate communication with your representative. Calls may be monitored or recorded for quality and compliance where permitted by law.

5. Intellectual property

The App and its content are owned by Pay Intermediate LLC or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for its intended purpose.

6. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that information will be accurate or current.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pay Intermediate LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the App.

8. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate access to protect the service and users or for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time via our Delete Account page.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
