Delete your account & data
App: CXHub · Provider: Pay Intermediate LLC
You can request deletion of your CXHub account and associated personal data at any time, in one of two ways:
Option 1 — In the app
- Open the CXHub app and sign in.
- Go to Settings > Delete account.
- Confirm. Your account will be scheduled for deletion.
Option 2 — By email
Send a request from your registered email to contact@payintermediate.com with the subject "Delete my account". We may ask you to verify your identity before processing.
What is deleted
We delete your profile and personal data associated with the App (name, email, phone, device/push tokens, app usage, and chat content linked to your profile).
What may be retained
Certain records may be retained where required by law or for legitimate purposes such as accounting, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, and regulatory obligations. Retained records are kept only as long as necessary, then deleted or anonymized.
Timeline
Requests are typically processed within 30 days. We will confirm by email when completed.
